OUR MISSION: The Five Points Business Improvement District exists to strengthen and enhance the efforts of business and property owners who live, work in, or contribute to the Historic Five Points neighborhood of Denver. Our District Board’s mission is to positively influence financial accountability and cultural responsibility as the area undergoes redevelopment and growth. NORMAL BOARD MEETINGS

Our Five Points Business Improvement District calls are accessible to residents within the community. The FPBID Board meetings are held at 10 a.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Although our goal is to wrap up the call by 11:30 a.m., we recognize the importance of getting information to the community. Our desire is to provide additional time for public comment from Business Improvement District (BID) stakeholders and the community. We look forward to you joining us!

FPBID Committees

Business Engagement: Focused on the retention and recruitment of businesses along the corridor, with an emphasis on events that will be helpful to the business collective. This committee will assist the BID with surveys and data collection from businesses on the corridor, and building a bridge between the board and businesses. Community Engagement: This committee is focused on communication among the community stakeholders and the board regarding engagement to align RNO’s and other organizations within Five Points, to ensure the cultural and historical engagement continues and give a voice to the broader community. Upcoming meeting notices will be posted here.

Marketing Sub-Committee: This committee focuses on marketing, branding, and communication including events, signage, pedestrian concerns, and other BID-branded projects. This committee is currently scheduled to meet virtually on the last Thursday of each month at 11 a.m.
